Melissa Harris Chambers is a mastering and mix engineer, acoustician, percussionist, and producer based in St. Petersburg, Florida with over 20 years experience in professional audio. Given early immersion in music she grew up surrounded by records, rhythms, and radio which fostered a deep sonic intuition and broad musical vocabulary that define her work today.
A graduate and former faculty member of St. Petersburg College’s Music Industry/Recording Arts program, she has worked across the full spectrum of audio, including mastering, mixing, recording, gear manufacturing, live sound, and acoustic design. Her studio supports a diverse roster of artists and creatives seeking expert sound and inspired collaboration.
She is a member of the Audio Engineering Society and a voting member of The Recording Academy.
